By placing an order you certify that you are at least 18 years old and are the owner of the credit card or PayPal account used to purchase items on this website. You also recognize that you agree with and understand ANGRYGUN's terms and conditions

You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur within your account or with your password. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that your password is kept confidential and secure and you should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or likely to be, used in an unauthorized manner.

Please ensure that the details you provide us with are correct and complete, and inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering. You can access and update much of the information you provided us within the "My Account" area of the website.

SUBMISSION

We welcome your comments regarding the website. DEFAMATION CLAIMS

Since we list a lot of products for sale on the website and host reviews submitted by customers, it is not possible for us to be aware of the contents of each product listed for sale, or each comment or review that is displayed. If you believe that any content or advised sale on the website contains a defamatory statement, please notify us immediately. Once we noticed that case, we will make all reasonable endeavors to remove the defamatory content within a reasonable time.

ORDERING

When you place an order to purchase a product from us, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing your order details. Your order represents the purchase of a product which is accepted by us when we send email confirmation of a dispatched product. That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the dispatch confirmation email to you. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in a dispatch confirmation email do not form part of that order.

CUSTOMS

When ordering products from us, overseas deliveries may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the packages reach the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be bear by you, unless otherwise stated in the order confirmation. It is accepted by you that ANGRYGUN has no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance. ANGRYGUN recommends that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding taxes / duties that may be applicable to your online order.

All Airsoft items would be Confiscate by Customs , We Do Not Be Held Responsible For Refunds Or Re-Shipment .
Please note that we are not responsible and refund for any risks when the items arrive, confiscate or being checked or by customs or lost Parcel .

WARRANTY

Unless stated otherwise, all goods sold by ANGRYGUN on the website carry a 3-day warranty. If the buyer wishes to make a claim under this warranty, the buyer shall email us within 3 days of the receipt of the shipment and wait for our reply. Please do not return the item(s) to us without our prior consent. Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded. Please note that ANGRYGUN will not refund or replace items if the damage is caused by one or more of the following:

Inappropriate use of item
Disassembly and / or modification of the item

ANGRYGUN will not provide warranty service if any of the following apply:

Your warranty has expired (i.e. more than three days from the date of receipt)
Product is not 100% in new condition (internal and external)
Product has been disassembled or modified by users

ANGRYGUN will not refund or accept products that are returned more than 3 days after delivery. ANGRYGUN will only pay for the return shipping costs if the return as a result of a mistake made by us.

ANGRYGUN reserves the right to determine the proper course of action in all circumstances.

RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from us are made the pursuant contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

We attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant those product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. If a product offered by us itself is not as described, please notify us immediately for correction.

COLORS

We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this website. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

PRICING & AVAILABILITY

Except where noted otherwise, the listed price displayed for products in our website represents the full retail price listed on the product itself. The price for the goods quotes on the website shall be exclusive of all costs of carriage and insurance and applicable import tax or VAT and duty which the buyer shall pay in addition. Shipping costs and other potential charges are calculated at checkout or manual quotation.

We list availability information for products sold by us on the website, we cannot be more specific about availability. Please note that dispatch estimates are just that. As we process your order, we will inform you be email if any products you order turn out to be unavailable.

DELIVERY

Any dates specified by ANGRYGUN for delivery of the goods are intended to be an estimate only. If no date is specified for delivery of the goods, delivery shall be within a reasonable time. ANGRYGUN shall not be liable for any loss, whether direct or consequential, economic or loss of profits or otherwise, arising directly or indirectly out of any delay in the delivery of the goods

CHANGES AND CANCELLATION POLICY
ANGRYGUN will only accept changes to orders within next business days of receipt of order, no exceptions. To request or make changes, please contact us by email: angrygun@ymail.com . Please provide us your full name and your order ID
- An order cannot be changed or canceled while it is being prepared or once it is shipped
- In any cases of changes and cancellation, a 10% handling fee of the total item prices would be charged.
- Shipping cost will not be refunded if the order is shipped

RISK & OWNERSHIP

Risk in the goods should pass to the buyer upon delivery. Ownership of the goods shall not be passed to the buyer until ANGRYGUN has received full, cleared funds of the sum due to ANGRYGUN for purchased goods, and all other sums which are or may become due to ANGRYGUN from the buyer on any account.

THE ARRANGEMENT OF UNDELIVERABLE PARCELS

This policy applies to orders are returned to us because of unclaimed, incorrect address provided, failed delivery attempts, refuse to pay tax/ refuse to provide ID copy/ unable to make import declarations or parcel refused by recipient.

When the parcel is being returned, we will issue a refund by deducting the original shipping fee and 15% handling fee of total items price would be charged.

We can re-ship orders if customer pays for the shipping fee for 2nd shipment.

MEMBERSHIP

ANGRYGUN reserves the right to terminate the membership of anyone due to whatever reasons. We are not responsible or liable for any damages including loss of data as a result of the termination of membership.

DISCLAIMER

The nature of Internet communications means that your communications may be susceptible to data corruption, interception and delays. ANGRYGUN shall not be responsible for any detrimental reliance you replace on this website or its content.
